Mufudzi Chihambakwe
Dr. Mufudzi Chihambakwe, M.Tech (Chiro) is a trained chiropractor based in Botswana where he served as a Clinic Supervisor for World Spine Care, overseeing two clinics, one in Mahalapye and the other in Shoshong.
He graduated in 2018 from Durban University of Technology and completed his Masters project in the Mahalapye District Hospital investigating how the local health care providers at the hospital perceive World Spine Care. He is currently working as a chiropractor in a private clinic, and in a government/public clinic in Gaborone, Botswana. He is also registered as a chiropractor in Namibia.
Dr M. Chihambakwe is the co-founder of Spine Health Africa, an NGO working to provide spine care to underserved communities in Zimbabwe. He is an aspiring researcher, in 2019 he published his first research paper in Chiropractic and Manual Therapies.
In March 2021 he published his first book Twenty: A Reflection exploring themes around young adulthood in Southern Africa as well as looking back at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020. He is passionate about public health, and community development across Africa, is an avid blogger and part-time-voice-over artist.
